So you have joined a gym…. Will this alone give you a stronger fitter body? Most of the free settling in gym sessions are very basic and aren’t specific to your individual needs. You need a postnatal gym programme.
I see the same people attending the gym daily and can’t see their bodies changing.
I see mums wandering aimlessly from machine to machine with no focus or idea what to do next for their bodies.
That’s why I offer the service of writing a postnatal gym programme for you. So your gym workouts are structured, focused and give you the results you want.
Food and training choices are the two things that will help get those results. As well as focus and determination of course.
Most of us mums want a pert, firm bum, reduced bingo wings, flatter tummy etc – we want strong curves and to feel strong again. Then why are you pounding it out on the treadmill? That will not help.
Some lumps and bumps can only be reduced through diet. Or at the least, a combination of diet and exercise.
At age of 39 I am currently training for a bikini figure contest so I know how to sculpt those curves and reduce the body fat.
Men and woman are different and require different types and variations of exercises to achieve results.
Posture is vital too so I always include posture training in my 121 sessions and classes.
To get the best results the gym plan will need updating every month or so.
Home workout plans
This is a bespoke programme worked out to provide you with ultimate sculpting in your own home.
Before the 121 you are asked for pictures so I can see what needs to be toned/strenthened. We then discuss how long and how many days you can train for and discuss various pieces of equipment such as foam rollers, resistance band, weights etc.
In the 121, we go over the exercises take notes and pictures so you have a point of reference should you forget the exercise. This plan needs updating regularly to get the best results.
